Created in 1999, the Vacaf scheme facilitates access to holidays for households with a modest income, while guaranteeing a warm welcome and quality accommodation thanks to the Vacaf label. Calculated according to the household income and family situation, Vacaf entitlement depends on the CAF in your department.

There is no need to ask your family allowance fund, if your household income entitles you to Vacaf aid you will receive a letter or message at the beginning of the year summarising your rights for the year 2020 (length of stay, percentage covered by aid, maximum amount, etc.).
