Situated on the Côte de Lumière, this resort offers access to the fine sand beaches of Port-Bourgenay, a marina, and a coastal footpath that connects the Veillon beach to Les Sables d’Olonne. Overlooked by its 11th century fortress ruins, the Talmont region is rich in diverse natural beauty and a well-preserved historical and cultural heritage. Delicious local specialities such as the mogette bean, brioche, and the local wine, are testimonies of the area’s rich history, and serve to awaken their guests’ taste buds. Close to the beaches, businesses, and golf courses of Port Bourgenay, this new residence is made up of small terraced maisonettes, grouped together into 7 hamlets.

The town of Talmont St Hilaire is accessed by the D21 and D949 main regional roads. From Nantes and Angers, take the A87 until you reach Roche-Sur-Yon, follow the D47 and then the D36 to Nieul-le-Dolent. Then take the D4 to Talmont St Hilaire (follow signs for the Hippodrome).
