  • Your internet reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit with a bank card (25% of the cost of your stay). In the event of a reservation less than one month before your stay, full payment is required.
  • In your Nemea customer space you can then pay the balance of your stay (no later than 30 days before your arrival).
  • Your payment on the internet is secure: your bank card number and all information entered during the various stages of the reservation are automatically encrypted.

    Important: if your balance is not paid on time (30 days before your arrival), our company reserves the right to consider your reservation cancelled and to apply cancellation costs accordingly.
  • You can also pay for your stay by bank cheque.
    Your cheque must be payable to Nemea and sent to the following address: NEMEA – Immeuble Rubis – 10 Bis Rue Gutenberg – 33700 MERIGNAC.
    Attach the return coupon you received with your contract. This coupon mentions your order number and the place and date of your stay.
  • It is also possible to pay for your stay by chèques vacances (French holiday vouchers).
    We recommend that you send the chèques vacances by registered post. If you do not do so, Nemea shall not be held liable in the event of loss.

We also accept bank transfers, payment over the telephone by Visa or Mastercard, Cadhoc cheques, etc.

  • You can arrive at our Nemea residences from 5pm
  • If you will not be arriving before 7pm, please contact the manager of the residence and agree the terms of your arrival with him or her.
  • On the day of departure your accommodation must be vacated before 10am. In the event of a short stay, check-out is possible up to 8pm.

In the event of late arrival, after 7pm, it is imperative you contact the manager of the residence and agree the terms of your arrival with him or her.

For a stay reserved less than one month before your arrival, the total amount must be paid on the internet at the time of reservation.
If you are reserving more than one month before your arrival date, you pay a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your stay.

No, the preferential rates are available at the time of reservation and until 8 days before your departure.
