The residence
Beginning at the Col de Peyresourde, Peyragudes welcome you on both of its mountain sides, offering downhill enthusiasts a wide range of thrills in a majestic winter setting. Situated within a vast ski-area, this resort is an invitation to try out a number of Nordic activities: Sled-dog rides, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing…With 60km of slopes, including 5 green, 20 blue, 20 red, and 4 black, Peyragudes/Val Louron is one of the most beautiful ski-areas in the Hautes-Pyrénées region.

The advantages of the residence
Situated about 500m from the slopes and 300m from shops and businesses, the Hameau de Balestas residence is made up of 6 semi-detached chalets and 9 buildings: Les Abellans, La Belle Sayette, and le Forum, all in true Pyrenean style. The residence also has an indoor heated pool, a sauna, and a jacuzzi.

The Hameau de Balestas in Peyragudes. Overlooking the Louron and Larboust Valleys, the Peyragudes ski-area, situated at 1600m, stretches along the 2 sides of a mountain near to the Col de Peyragudes. This valley is an exceptional spot for fun and games, as water and air unite to bring you an unforgettable experience. From your rental property in Peyragudes you can enjoy: Balnéa, a thermal spa centre situated close to the Génos-Loudenvielle lake, the Pyrénées Hô activities park, the Bareilles lake, one of the most stunning lakes of the Louron valley. The reception
La réception est ouverte tous les jours de 9h à 12h et de 17h à 19h sauf le dimanche après-midi et le mercredi toute la journée.
Arrivée le samedi entre 17h00 et 20h00 et départ le samedi suivant avant 10h00.

How to get there ?
From Tarbes: from the A64, take exit 16 Lannemezan, then take the D929 towards Col de Peyresourde, until you get to Arreau. From Toulouse: exit 17 “Montréjeau”, then take the major road RN125 to Luchon, followed by the D125 towards Col de Peyresourde. NB: The Peyragudes resort is on 2 sides of the mountain. The residence is located in the Hautes Pyrénées department (65) on the “Peyresourdes” side. As you enter the resort, take the first right towards the airfield and parking area 1.
Train station - Luchon (15km from resort) or Lannemezan (40km). You must have a car from here.
Airport - Tarbes/Lourdes/Pyrénées (85km)
